Sun Salutation (Suryanamaskar)

As the name suggests, salute the Sun (向太阳致敬), this Yoga exercise is perfectly fit to be carried out in the morning when the sun rises.
It gives you a day full of energy and brim with vigour.  It also brings about flexibility of the body preparing it for Yoga posture (Asanas)..

How to purify the mind

Below is my thought on purifying the mind to realise the Buddha’s teaching.
Start by reading up or taking a basic buddhism class. Avoid Evil and do Good.
Practice your mindfulness and achieve strong one-pointedness. From this one-pointedness, master the 1st Jhana. With the mastering of the 1st Jhana, you can progress into 2 paths:
1. Further Samatha (2nd, 3rd and 4th Jhanas or the Rupa Jhanas) or
2. Vipassanna.
Path 1: After the mastering of the Rupa Jhanas, you should go into the 10 Kasina meditation before attempting the Arupa Jhanas (5th, 6th, 7th …
